Adult and Adolescent Therapy in Beachwood, OH and the Greater Cleveland Area

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for adults and adolescents in Beachwood, Ohio and the greater Cleveland area.
Over the course of my career, I have worked in private practice as well as residential and inpatient treatment settings, helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationship difficulties, personality patterns, and emotional distress. While I have experience working with children, and my current practice is primarily focused on adult and adolescent therapy.
I earned my graduate degree in clinical social work from Case Western Reserve University and had clinical training at the Hanna Perkins Center for Child Development. I also pursued professional training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Cleveland Psychoanalytic Center, where I deepened my understanding of how early experiences and unconscious emotional patterns shape adult life.
In addition to my clinical work, I regularly participate in ongoing professional development and provide case consultation to other therapists. From 2014 to 2019, I served as a clinical supervisor in a licensed mental health counseling training program — a role that reflects my commitment to thoughtful, high-quality psychotherapy.
In my Beachwood therapy practice, I primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing:
· Anxiety and chronic worry
· Panic symptoms
· Obsessive or intrusive thinking
· Relationship conflict
· Persistent self-doubt
· School and work issues
· Long-standing personality patterns that interfere with work or intimacy
Many of the adults I work with are intelligent, capable, and professionally successful. Yet they may feel stuck in repeating emotional patterns or struggling internally in ways that don’t fully make sense.
My approach integrates the accessibility of therapy with the depth of psychodynamic psychotherapy. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, we work to understand the underlying emotional themes and relational patterns that shape your experience. Over time, this deeper work can lead to meaningful and lasting change.
